Chef's Notes

I don't know about you, but I love a cake, with coffee then... Tia Maria Cake, bestseller, gets a new variation, guava paste. Cake that doesn't even need a mixer, a real danger! I don't know if it's easier or more delicious, what do you think?

Ingredients

1 cup wheat flour

1 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon baking soup

1 cup diced guava

2 eggs

1/2 cup coconut milk or regular milk

100g melted butter

1. Mix the flour, sugar, yeast and guava paste,

2. Add the eggs, milk and melted butter,

3. Transfer to a greased cake tin (I used a 26cm one) with butter and wheat flour,

4. Take to preheated oven 170c for about 30 minutes!

Have you ever considered about including a little
bit more than just your articles? I mean,
what you say is important and everything. But just imagine if you added some great graphics
or video clips to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips, this
website could definitely be one of the best in its niche. Awesome blog!
