Chef's Notes

I don't know about you, but I love a cake, with coffee then... Tia Maria Cake, bestseller, gets a new variation, guava paste. Cake that doesn't even need a mixer, a real danger! I don't know if it's easier or more delicious, what do you think?

1 cup wheat flour

1 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon baking soup

1 cup diced guava

2 eggs

1/2 cup coconut milk or regular milk

100g melted butter

1. Mix the flour, sugar, yeast and guava paste,

2. Add the eggs, milk and melted butter,

3. Transfer to a greased cake tin (I used a 26cm one) with butter and wheat flour,

4. Take to preheated oven 170c for about 30 minutes!
