Everyone wants a homemade and healthy granola to call their own... But let's face it, sometimes opening the oven and stirring the granola, always being careful not to burn it is a bit of work! That's why I love this frying pan version, that's right, you can make granola in the frying pan... it's just as crispy and delicious and takes much less time! Feel free to vary the nuts, dried fruits and make this granola your favorite! Alias ​​is a great souvenir tip to gift someone!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of honey

1 cup oat flakes

1/4 cup walnuts (I used almonds and Brazil nuts but you can use whichever you prefer)

1 tablespoon of chia

1 tablespoon of goji berry

1 tablespoon of raisins

1 tablespoon chopped apricot

Step by step

1. Add the oil and honey to the frying pan and heat,

2. Add the oats and walnuts and toast over medium/low heat, stirring frequently until golden,

3. Turn off the heat, add the chia, the goji berries, the raisins and the apricot,

4. Stir to incorporate everything and wait to cool down completely before transferring to a pot with an airtight seal.
