2 salmon fillets

Salt and chili pepper to taste

Lemon juice

1 tea spoon of olive oil

1/2 cup panko

1/4 cup herbs (I used basil and oregano but you can use any combination you like)

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt to taste

1 clove of grated garlic

Step by step

1. Season the salmon with salt, lemon, red pepper and olive oil,

2. Mix the panko flour, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt and grated garlic,

3. Take to preheated oven 200c for 15 minutes.
