Small volumes are sent via Post Office. As per Post Office policy, if the items do not fit or there is no post office box, a signature is required. For more information, visit the post office website. Cabiúna is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen once posted.
Large volumes are shipped by our partner carrier XXXX. The carrier will contact you 24 hours in advance to arrange the product delivery window. If there is no one to receive the product within the agreed time window, a resending fee will be charged. Cabiúna is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen once posted. Unless chosen at the time of purchase, the carrier will limit itself to delivering the product to the specified address, not including internal transport of the property, opening of the packaging and assembly.
Cancellations and Changes to Orders
We always do our best to ship our orders as soon as possible, there is only a small window of time in which changes and cancellations can be made. If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. If your order has not yet been processed by our logistics centers at the time of the change request, we will do our best to try to cancel or change your order.
We think you'll love our products, but if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days of receipt, in its original packaging, as long as it hasn't been damaged or used. Once the return is approved by our logistics center, you can exchange it for another product or request a refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you think there is something wrong with the product you ordered, we are here to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To start the process send an email with the order number, photos, descriptions and product codes to email@example.com. Do not dispose of packaging until the issue is resolved.
