EXCHANGE

The deadline for making the exchange is 7 days from the date of receipt of your purchase.

To exchange a purchase, we ask that you send an email to contato@cabiúna.com with the order number so that we can start the exchange process. After your return is approved, we will send you an email with instructions and a code to post your purchase within a period of 7 days. With this code you can send the product to any post office, free of charge, within the indicated period. After the deadline, it is not possible to make a return .

DEVOLUTION

The main difference between exchanges and returns is that in this case you decide to receive a refund for the amount equivalent to the returned products and not buy/exchange for another product.
