Ingredientes
1 xícara de farinha de trigo
1 xícara de açúcar
1 colher de sopa de fermento
1 xícara de goiabada em cubos
2 ovos
1/2 xícara de leite de coco ou leite comum
100g de manteiga derretida
1. Misture a farinha, o açúcar, o fermento e a goiabada,
2. Junte os ovos, leite e manteiga derretida,
3. Transfira para uma forma de bolo untada (usei uma de 26cm) com manteiga e farinha de trigo,
4. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido 170c por mais ou menos 30 minutos!
